Legal Stuff
I am a fully licensed UAV operator and have a valid drone flyer license. All my flights are covered by public liability insurance so you can be sure that whatever happens, we are covered.

I operate using the CAA's (Civil Aviation Authority) general risk assessment found here but I also conduct a mission-specific risk assessment for every flight before arrival.
I will also write up a method statement for each mission so that all parties are fully aware of the plan on the day. This will require a conversation with you upon booking so I can plan how best to meet your needs.
These documents will be made available to you prior to the flight. As part of this process, relevant air traffic control restrictions will be checked at the time of planning and on the day.

Devon & Cornwall by Drone reserves the right to the photos and videos captured on its flights. If you would prefer, a buy-out can be negotiated.

Drone flying is entirely weather dependent. If the weather on the day does not permit flying, you will be notified at the earliest possible chance and we can discuss rescheduling for another time that suits you.
